These Terms of Service govern access to the Plat4matics platform, websites, and related services. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you are using Plat4matics on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Use of the platform
You agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes and to follow applicable transportation, safety, and data regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you provide.
- • Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
- • Do not reverse engineer or misuse the platform.
- • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Accounts, billing, and term
Subscriptions are billed per vehicle based on your selected billing cadence. You can add or remove vehicles and add-ons as your fleet changes. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or a written agreement.
Data and privacy
You retain ownership of your operational data. We process data to deliver the platform, support integrations, and improve service reliability as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Plat4matics and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services during your subscription.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur.
Warranties and liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Plat4matics disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
